I hired Stephanie as my listing agent after my previous real estate agent (who helped me purchase my home in Chula Vista in 2003) decided to leave the real estate business and transfer from the San Diego area.  After evaluating a short list of potential agents (most who did not return my initial e-mails/phone calls for interviews), Stephanie became the obvious choice for her prompt responses and professionalism.

In order to successfully sell my home in preparation for my PCS move to the Washington, DC area in March, we decided to put the property on the market two days after Christmas in order to maximize market time.  Stephanie worked very closely with me to prepare and "stage" the house in preparation for the home sale and used effective marketing tools ("Just Listed" postcards and maximum use of the Internet) in order to advertise my home.  The sign went on the house on the 27th of December and we started receiving traffic through the property the day after the sign went up.

Because of Stephanie and her hard work, even with all of the "doom and gloom" of the real estate market, you can still sell your property with the right pricing and preparation in a "down market."  I successfully sold my property to a retired couple from New York State who had been looking for the type of home I was selling.  They are now closer to their extended family and grandchildren in beautiful Southern California.  Everything was complete within a week of me leaving the San Diego area for good.

I have now bought and sold three homes in different areas in the country, and by far, Stephanie Garcia is the best realtor I've ever dealt with.  Professional service before, during and after the sale.  I would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone who is planning to buy or sell a home in San Diego County-- you can't go wrong with her!!!

We had previously listed our home on Planicie Way with another brokerage. We were very unhappy with the lack of response in various areas and canceled our contract with the broker. Since we were in escrow on another home in Washington we were interested in finding an agent that could get our home sold quickly. We hired Stephanie after interviewing her and discussing our concerns. We received an offer on our home in just two weeks after listing it with Stephanie even in what the media was reporting as a 'bad' market. It had previously been on the market almost two months with very little response. Stephanie negotiated an acceptable price and terms for us and made sure she was on top of the buyers' loan situation. We closed escrow on time and were able to also close escrow on our new home in Washington.
